At OutdoorSports, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn fashion or technical apparel within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
